For glue filling machines, the key component for controlling a certain amount of glue during outsourcing is the metering pump, which adjusts the glue output by regulating the pump's speed.
2.Different Glue Output Quantities for Outsourcing Dispensing: Comparatively, the minimum glue output of glue filling machines is greater than that of dispensing machines. Glue filling machines can achieve an output of several grams per second, up to tens of grams, which is quite large. On the other hand, dispensing machines have a smaller glue output, with some capable of a minimum output of 0.001 grams.

Dispensing machines, on the other hand, are mainly suitable for single-component glues such as UV glue, EPOXY (black glue), white glue, EMI conductive glue, instant glue, silver glue, red glue, solder paste, thermal paste, solder mask, clear varnish, screw lock agent, etc.
5.Different Equipment Sizes for Outsourcing Dispensing: Glue filling machines are generally larger in size, while dispensing machines are typically smaller and are referred to as desktop types. However, some dispensing machines can also be quite large. In terms of maintenance, larger glue filling machines can be more cumbersome to repair, whereas smaller dispensing machines are easier to maintain. If considering cabinet-type dispensing machines, they are also not easy to repair due to their larger size and occupy more space, making them less convenient to move compared to desktop dispensing machines.
