In the process of PCBA processing, there are usually two key links: PCBA detection and PCBA testing, which are often misunderstood as the same concept, but in fact they are obviously different in technology and equipment use.
PCBA inspection aims at evaluating the processing quality of PCBA circuit boards, and needs a series of special equipment such as SPI, AOI and XRAY. Different testing equipment is needed in different processing stages, such as SPI to check the effect after solder paste printing, AOI to evaluate the quality after the patch is completed, and AOI or XRAY to check the welding quality after the welding is completed.
Unlike this, PCBA testing aims at functional testing of finished PCBA circuit boards, including functional testing, aging testing and environmental testing. It is necessary to use various test fixtures and aging test equipment in the test to ensure the normal operation of PCBA circuit board under different conditions.
